Request for Proposals - N4C 54th Annual Conference

The National Coalition for Campus Children's Centers announces the Call for Proposals for the 2026 N4C 54th Annual Conference at the Hyatt Regency San Antonio Riverwalk. The theme Deep in the Heart: Building Strong Foundations for Campus Childcare connects Texas's heartland spirit with foundational campus children's program work. 

Based on attendee feedback, we've extended sessions to 90 minutes for deeper content exploration. Every session should include Q&A or interactive elements. Roundtable discussions have been expanded with more time for collaborative conversations.

Roundtable facilitators should provide visual aids to spark conversation. Roundtable rooms are designed without projectors to encourage genuine peer-to-peer discussion environments.

          • July – September 20, 2025: Accepting submissions
          • Early October 2025: Committee reviews
          • Mid October 2025: Presenters notified
