What is the cancellation policy?
All cancellation/refund requests must be received in writing by email to N4C. A $75.00 transaction fee will be applied to all cancellations. Refund requests will be processed within sixty (60) days after the request is received. No refunds can be made after March 1, 2026. Registrations may be transferred to another person at any time at no cost. The original registrant should submit a transfer notice email including the name of the person to whom the registration is being transferred along with the phone number and email of the substitute. What meals are included in the registration price?
Wednesday: Welcome reception with drinks and hors d'oeuvres Thursday & Friday: Lunch, morning coffee and tea service Saturday: Breakfast

Your contact information (phone and email) will be used to communicate event-related information and provide customer service.
Your information will be stored indefinitely for the purposes of historical reporting and future communications from N4C only. N4C shares the conference registration list including name, affiliation, email address, and organization with conference sponsors and provides an option to opt out of this list in the registration form.
