2025 N4C Annual Conference and Professional Institute
Join us for the 53rd Annual Conference and Professional Institute of the National Coalition for Campus Children's Centers! This event offers a unique opportunity for leaders from campus children's centers across the country to exchange insights, best practices, and innovative strategies aimed at meeting the changing needs of children, families, and the early childhood workforce within higher education. The theme Finding Our Place emphasizes the role and significance of campus children's centers, researchers and academic staff collaborating with other campus children's centers, teaching teams seeking deeper insights or new perspectives, and more.

What is the cancellation policy?
All cancellation/refund requests must be received in writing by email to N4C. A $75.00 transaction fee will be applied to all cancellations. Refund requests will be processed within sixty (60) days after the request is received. No refunds can be made after March 1, 2025.

What meals are included in the registration price?
Lunch on Thursday and Friday are included as well as coffee and tea in the morning on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. The Wednesday reception will offer drinks and hors d'oeurvres.
What is the substitution policy?
Registrations may be transferred to another person at any time. The original registrant should submit a transfer notice email including the name of the person to whom the registration is being transferred along with the phone number and email of the substitute.

How will my personal registration data be used?
Personal information is collected by N4C during registration. This information includes your name, your company name, address, phone number, email address, and demographic information to help inform the program content and to create an attendee experience suitable for the conference audience.
Your contact information (phone and email) will be used to communicate event-related information and provide customer service.
Your information will be stored indefinitely for the purposes of historical reporting and future communications from N4C only. N4C shares the conference registration list including name, affiliation, email address, and organization with conference sponsors and provides an option to opt out of this list in the registration form.
